Who we are
CLN Work Ltd (“CLN Work”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is the data controller for personal data collected through it. You can reach us at hello@clnwork.com.
What this policy covers
How we handle personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or book a call. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
What we collect
- Information you give us: when you email us or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message or booking.
- Technical and usage data: like most websites, our hosting provider records limited information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running.
- Cookies: see “Cookies” below.
How we use your data, and our legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and arrange calls (our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before any agreement).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website (legitimate interests).
- To set non-essential cookies, only with your consent.
Cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and are always on. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them using our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Our scheduling tool, used when you book a call, may set its own cookies.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions: a scheduling provider (Calendly) to manage call bookings, and a website hosting provider to run the site.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Technical logs are kept for a short period.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@clnwork.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
